Mark Jacobson, roadmaps to 100% renewable energy

Praxis Peace Institute will begin 2018 with an outstanding program
featuring the work of award-winning climate scientist, Mark Z. Jacobson.
Jacobson, who is a professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at
Stanford University, is one of the most important climate scientists on the
planet today. His career has been focused on better understanding air
pollution and global warming and in developing large-scale clean, renewable
energy solutions to these problems. As a result, he has developed roadmaps
— using combinations of wind, solar, geothermal, and hydroelectric energy
— to transition all fifty U.S. states, and countries around the world, to
100% clean renewable energy for all purposes.
