This is an interactive workshop with practical techniques for improving communication abilities and transforming conflicts in everyday situations and relationships. The goal of this workshop is to develop skills that enhance one’s quality of life, reduce stress, and provide more self-confidence in daily interactions. These skills also help one navigate difficult situations at work, at home, and in one-on-one relationships.
Areas covered include:
Communication Skills * How to reframe issues in a non-threatening manner * Active listening skills * How to deal with difficult people and situations * How to develop ground rules for emotional well-being * Learn to negotiate respectfully and successfully * How to deal with passive-aggressive behavior in oneself and others * How to deal with non-communicators, and much more.
Note: There is a kitchen onsite so you can bring a lunch. Snacks and tea will be provided.
