Transition Sonoma Valley

About Us

Transition Sonoma Valley is building a local network responsive to the challenges of climate change, resource depletion, and economic instability.

Transition Sonoma ValleyThe Cheerful Disclaimer:

If we wait for the governments, it’ll be too little, too late
If we act as individuals, it’ll be too little.

But if we act as communities, it might just be enough, just in time.

Founded on 10/10/10, Transition Sonoma Valley is one of nearly 1200 communities in 43 countries with Transition Town initiatives.

  1. Neighbors & Friends,
I would like to invite TSV to endorse and participate in a Northern California Climate Mobilization in Oakland on Nov. 21.

This event is to stress the need for urgent action by the UN COP21 meeting being held the following week in Paris.
    Additional information is available at:
We particularly hope TSV and its supporters will add their names to the list of endorsers.
Flyers and post cards are also available.
    Yours in peace,
    Ellen, Santa Rosa
